We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Associate to support end-to-end recruitment and HR operations. The role involves sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth recruitment and onboarding experience while adhering to company policies and best HR practices.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and executing recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals
Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle, from requirement gathering to offer rollout
Assist with onboarding activities, including documentation and induction processes
Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports
Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment practices, and HR policies
Required Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in recruitment or HR operations
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
