We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our human resources operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating internal processes, supporting recruitment activities, and ensuring smooth communication across teams while maintaining high standards of efficiency and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing HR processes and recruitment activities
Manage and track candidate pipelines, interview schedules, and onboarding processes
Prepare and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of employee and candidate queries
Analyze feedback and HR data to identify areas for improvement in hiring and employee experience
Support employee engagement initiatives and HR operations as required
Eligibility & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Basic understanding of HR practices, recruitment processes, and employee lifecycle
Familiarity with digital tools and platforms used in HR operations is a plus
