Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with strong expertise in Digital Marketing and IT Sales to lead and scale our US sales operations. This role requires hands-on selling along with team leadership, performance management, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing a sales team, driving revenue, and building high-performing sales processes in the US market.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Growth

  • Lead end-to-end business development and revenue generation for the US market (no field visits)
  • Strategize, plan, and execute sales initiatives for Digital Marketing and IT services
  • Independently handle key accounts, high-value prospects, and complex deal closures
  • Engage with business owners, senior decision-makers, and C-level executives to close enterprise deals

Team Management & Leadership

  • Manage, mentor, and drive a team of BDAs / Senior BDAs to achieve individual and team targets
  • Monitor daily performance, call quality, conversions, and pipeline health
  • Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews to improve productivity
  • Set sales KPIs, targets, and incentive plans aligned with business goals

Strategy, Reporting & Process

  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and team performance to optimize strategies
  • Ensure proper CRM usage, data accuracy, and reporting discipline across the team
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and conversion

Required Profile

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing & IT Sales for the US market
  • Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience managing a sales team
  • Strong understanding of US sales cycles, outbound sales, lead qualification, and closures
  • Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed team and individual revenue targets
  • Comfortable with US calling, night shifts, and a WFH environment
  • Highly organized, data-driven, and performance-focused mindset
