Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Associate to drive business growth in the US market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing sales, strong client-handling abilities, and the capability to independently manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end business development and sales activities for the US market (no field visits)
- Independently prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close deals with business owners, decision-makers, and C-level executives
- Conduct high-quality outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups while effectively handling client objections
- Perform in-depth research on prospective clients to identify business needs and growth opportunities
- Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline with accurate revenue forecasting
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets with minimal supervision
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior BDAs, when required
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools
Required Profile
- 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing sales for the US market
- Strong exposure to US calling, night shift operations, and international sales processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Proven ability to close deals and consistently meet revenue targets
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a WFH setup
- Ability to handle pressure, rejections, and aggressive targets with a positive attitude
