Role Overview
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Formulate, implement, and continuously optimize sales strategies to drive sustainable revenue growth and achieve organizational objectives.
- Client Engagement: Build, nurture, and manage strategic relationships with C-level executives, business owners, and key decision-makers.
- Presentations & Negotiations: Deliver impactful sales presentations, lead commercial negotiations, and successfully close business opportunities with professionalism and confidence.
- End-to-End Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and contracts through CRM systems.
- Market Research & Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitive activity to identify new opportunities and strengthen sales strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing and internal stakeholders to align sales initiatives, deliver a seamless customer experience, and support long-term client success.
Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and present detailed reports on sales performance, pipeline health, and key business metrics to senior management.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 2 – 3 years of sales or international market experience, preferably in B2B or technology-driven roles.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and close high-value deals.
- Communication & Negotiation: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence C-level decision-makers.
- US Market Exposure: Prior experience or strong understanding of the US market is an added advantage.
- Self-Motivation: Results-oriented professional capable of working independently while managing a dynamic sales pipeline.
- Problem-Solving: Consultative mindset with strong analytical skills to deliver tailored client solutions.
- Adaptability: Comfortable with night shifts and able to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
